Package Inclusions

• Accommodation: Hotel accommodation for 5 nights as per the itinerary.
• Meals: Breakfast and dinner are included throughout the journey, except at Kedarnath.
• Pickup & Drop: Pickup and drop-off from Haridwar Railway Station.
• Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing by vehicle as per the itinerary.
• Toll & Parking: All applicable toll taxes and parking charges are included.
• Driver Charges: Driver accommodation, meals, and other applicable expenses are covered.
• Sightseeing: Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

Package Exclusions

• Meals & Beverages: Lunch, dinner, evening snacks, tea/coffee, and beverages not mentioned under package inclusions.
• Taxes & Personal Charges: 5% GST (applicable extra), tips, personal expenses, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, room service, etc.
• Pony & Local Transfers: Pony/doli/porter/horse charges and local transfers not specifically mentioned in the itinerary or inclusions.
• Tickets & Special Services: Entry fees, sightseeing/attraction tickets, helicopter/transport tickets, special pooja/darshan, ritual charges, or any additional services not mentioned in inclusions.
• Unforeseen & Additional Expenses: Medical/emergency expenses, insurance, natural calamities, roadblocks, weather-related delays, cancellations, and any expense arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Travel & Vehicle: A/C vehicles may not operate in hilly/Char Dham areas. Vehicle services are subject to road, weather, traffic and operational conditions.
• Weather & Unforeseen Situations: Sightseeing, road travel and helicopter services may be affected by bad weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, government regulations or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road or transportation conditions. No refund or claim will be entertained for such unavoidable changes or delays.
• Additional Services & Expenses: Any services or expenses beyond the planned itinerary, including extra meals, beverages, sightseeing, medical expenses, porter/pony charges or additional hotel stays, will be charged directly to the customer.
• Hotel Policies: Hotel check-in/check-out timings, room categories and views are subject to hotel policy and availability. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Hotel-related issues must be resolved directly with hotel management.
• Meals & Bookings: Unused or partially used meals/services are non-refundable. Once helicopter tickets are confirmed, rescheduling, cancellation or discrepancies caused by the aviation company will not be the operator’s responsibility. Seating and baggage allowance are subject to aviation guidelines.
• Guest Requirements: A Green Card permit may be required in Rishikesh, with processing time depending on crowd conditions. Valid government-issued photo ID must be carried throughout the tour. For odd-numbered groups, an extra person may share the same room with an extra bed/mattress. Rates are applicable to Indian nationals only.
• Important Conditions: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Smoking, alcohol and prohibited activities are not permitted at religious places. Elderly guests, children and travellers with medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before booking. The operator reserves the right to accept or decline any traveller, and the itinerary may change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations done before 30 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 90% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 20 days to 29 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 75% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 15 days to 19 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 50% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 14 days to 1 day from the date of commencement of the journey, no refund shall be provided. Above policy may vary during the peak season. 

Important Note

The Do Dham Yatra involves high-altitude travel and trekking. Kedarnath requires a 14 km one-way trek from Gaurikund, and pony, doli, porter, or other local assistance is available at the traveller's own expense. Trekking and travel conditions may vary depending on weather and local regulations.
