Package Inclusions

• 09 Nights Hotel Accommodation as per the itinerary.
• Breakfast & Dinner throughout the tour, except where specifically excluded for Kedarnath.
• Haridwar Railway Station Pickup & Drop-off.
• All Transfers & Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Toll & Parking Charges applicable to the included vehicle.
• Driver Charges including driver's accommodation, meals and other related expenses.

Package Exclusions

• Lunch, evening snacks, hi-tea, beverages and meals not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
• 5% GST, applicable extra.
• Pony, doli, palki, porter or horse charges at Yamunotri, Kedarnath and trekking points.
• Local transfers such as Sonprayag–Gaurikund–Sonprayag.
• Special pooja, VIP Darshan or ritual charges at the temples.
• Any additional sightseeing, excursions or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Airfare, train tickets, helicopter tickets or other transportation not included in the package.
• Camera fees, entry tickets, tips and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
• Medical expenses, emergency evacuation and travel/medical insurance.
• Personal expenses including laundry, telephone calls, shopping, room service and similar expenses.
• Vehicle usage on leisure days or for sightseeing outside the planned itinerary.
• Additional hotel stays, meals or other expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any expense not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Vehicle & Hill Areas: A/C vehicles will operate without A/C in hilly/Char Dham areas for safety. Music may also be restricted in commercial vehicles as per local regulations.
• Weather, Roads & Itinerary: Mountain weather and road conditions can change rapidly. Delays or itinerary changes due to weather, landslides, roadblocks, traffic, strikes, government regulations or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. Any additional expenses will be borne by the guest, and no refund/compensation will be applicable for such unavoidable changes.
• Hotels & Services: Hotel check-in/check-out timings, room categories and views are subject to availability and hotel policy. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability. Hotel facility issues will be handled by the respective hotel. Unused or partially used meals/services are non-refundable.
• Additional Services & Helicopter: Any additional food, beverages, sightseeing or other services will be payable directly by the guest. Helicopter services, where applicable, are subject to aviation company policies, weather and technical conditions; seating and baggage allowance follow aviation guidelines.
• Guest Requirements & Responsibilities: Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. Green Card requirements may apply as per Uttarakhand Government regulations. For odd-numbered groups, an extra guest may share the room with an extra bed/mattress. Package rates are applicable to Indian nationals only. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow rules at religious places.
• Health, Safety & Operator Policy: Elderly guests, children and travellers with medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before the journey. Smoking, alcohol and prohibited activities are not allowed at religious places. The operator reserves the right to accept or decline travellers and modify the itinerary when required by operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations done before 30 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 90% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 20 days to 29 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 75% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 15 days to 19 days from the date of commencement of the journey, 50% of the tour cost shall be refunded. 
• Cancellations done before 14 days to 1 day from the date of commencement of the journey, no refund shall be provided. 
• The above policy may vary during the peak season. 

Note

Vehicle in Hill Areas: A/C vehicles will operate as non-A/C in hilly regions. This is a standard safety and operational practice to avoid vehicle damage or breakdowns.

Hotel Check-In: As per government guidelines, guests are required to present a valid photo identity document at the time of hotel check-in.
