Experience a convenient and spiritually enriching Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter covering the sacred shrines of Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham. This 3-night, 4-day pilgrimage begins and ends in Dehradun and includes helicopter services, comfortable accommodation, meals and VIP Darshan.

The journey offers a seamless way to explore the revered Kedarnath–Badrinath Yatra, along with scenic aerial views of the Himalayan valleys and dedicated ground assistance throughout the pilgrimage.

Package Inclusions

• Exclusive helicopter services from Dehradun (Jolly Grant/Sahastradhara Helipad) to the Do Dham shrines and return.
• 02 nights accommodation at the Do Dham destinations on twin-sharing basis with all meals.
• 01 night accommodation in Dehradun on a twin-sharing basis with breakfast and dinner.
• VIP Darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath, subject to applicable arrangements.
• Kedarnath helicopter shuttle service on the Guptkashi–Kedarnath–Guptkashi sector.
• Applicable helicopter handling charges.

Package Exclusions

• Travel/medical insurance and accident insurance.
• Personal expenses and any services not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.
• Additional hotel nights, meals, transportation or other expenses arising due to bad weather or operational delays.
• Any additional services availed during the Yatra.
• Expenses related to early return or road transportation arranged due to cancellation during the tour.
• Any expense not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Important Terms & Conditions

Infants & Child Policy

• Children above 2 years will be charged a full ticket.
• Infants below 2 years of age and weighing up to 12 kg may be carried free of charge, subject to applicable aviation guidelines.
• Age verification may be required, and valid ID/birth certificate must be produced when requested.

Weather & Helicopter Operations

• Helicopter operations in hilly areas are subject to weather, VVIP movements, Air Traffic Control permissions, technical conditions and passenger-related delays.
• Flight schedules may be delayed, rescheduled or changed due to circumstances beyond the operator's control.
• Passengers are advised to keep at least one additional day in Dehradun beyond the scheduled 3N/4D itinerary in case of weather-related extensions.

Bad Weather & Force Majeure Refund Policy

• In case of bad weather, an attempt will be made to complete the Darshan on the following day, subject to operational feasibility.
• If a Dham cannot be visited, an approximate refund of ₹20,000 per Dham per seat may be applicable towards the unutilized flight component.
• If flying from Dehradun itself is not possible, a 5% service charge, along with the cost of utilized services such as hotel and transportation, will be deducted from the applicable refund.
• No compensation will be provided for additional accommodation, transportation, meals or other expenses arising from flight delays or cancellations.
• Extra hotel nights required due to bad weather or operational delays must be paid directly by the passengers.
• If passengers choose to cancel the Yatra midway and return by road, transportation may be arranged at the passenger's expense and no refund will be applicable for the unutilized portion, subject to the applicable policy.
• If departure from Dehradun is cancelled, the tour may be treated as cancelled and the applicable refund/rescheduling policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before journey: 30% cancellation charge.
• Up to 20 days before journey: 50% cancellation charge.
• Within 14 days before journey: No refund.
• No Show: No refund.

Rescheduling

In case the Yatra cannot operate due to weather or force majeure conditions, passengers may be offered the option to reschedule or adjust the eligible amount towards a new booking, subject to availability and applicable charges. Any additional cost will be borne by the passenger.

Insurance & Personal Belongings

• The operator does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, loss or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are strongly advised to arrange suitable travel/medical insurance before undertaking the Yatra.
• All baggage, valuables and personal belongings remain the passenger's responsibility throughout the journey.

The helicopter schedule, flight timings, routes, Darshan and accommodation arrangements are subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, government permissions and operational requirements. The final schedule may change without prior notice to ensure passenger safety and smooth operations.
