Itinerary information
DAY 01: SIEM REAP ARRIVAL – HOTEL CHECK-IN
Meal: No Meal
Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred to the hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax at the hotel or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.
DAY 02: FULL-DAY ANGKOR TEMPLE TOUR
Meal: Breakfast
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day Angkor temple tour, beginning with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Continue to the Bayon Temple, Terrace of the Elephants, Baphuon Temple, Royal Palace Area, Phimeanakas, and Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Ta Prohm Temple, known for its ancient trees and atmospheric ruins, followed by the magnificent Angkor Wat, one of Cambodia’s most iconic architectural masterpieces. In the evening, enjoy free time at the Angkor Night Market to explore local shops, restaurants, and entertainment at your own expense. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.
DAY 03: SIEM REAP – CULTURAL & FLOATING VILLAGE TOUR
Meal: Breakfast
After breakfast, visit Wat Thmei, also known as the Killing Field, which features a memorial stupa dedicated to victims of Cambodia’s difficult history. Continue to Puok to discover traditional Khmer silk production and learn about the process from silkworm cultivation to weaving, with an opportunity to purchase authentic silk products. Later, visit West Baray, an impressive ancient water reservoir built by the Khmer people. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional wooden boat ride through the Tonle Sap Floating Village and experience the unique lifestyle of communities living around Cambodia’s Great Lake. Continue to Wat Bo, an historic pagoda known for its traditional wall paintings, followed by a visit to a local market. End the day at Les Artisans d’Angkor – Chantiers Écoles, where you can discover authentic Khmer arts and crafts. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.
DAY 04: SIEM REAP DEPARTURE
Meal: Breakfast
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Siem Reap International Airport for your onward flight back home or to your next destination. Your memorable Cambodia journey comes to an end with wonderful memories of Siem Reap’s ancient temples, cultural heritage, and unique floating villages. End of Tour.
