Experience the divine Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter and visit the sacred shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in Uttarakhand. This 5-night, 6-day pilgrimage begins and ends in Dehradun and combines comfortable accommodation, helicopter transfers, temple Darshan and dedicated ground assistance.

The package is designed to provide a convenient and spiritually enriching Uttarakhand Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter, with special assistance for senior citizens and VIP Darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath, subject to applicable arrangements.

Package Inclusions

• Pickup and drop-off from Dehradun Airport, Bus Stand or Railway Station on arrival and departure days.

Important Terms & Conditions

Airport Transfers

• Airport/Bus Stand/Railway Station transfers are provided only on the arrival and departure days.
• Transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh are available at an additional charge of ₹8,000 per cab.

Passenger & Helicopter Operations

• One vehicle will generally be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour.
• Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution as per operational requirements.
• Helicopter operations are subject to weather, weight limitations, government regulations and operational conditions.
• Passengers may be divided into different shuttle flights depending on helicopter availability and scheduling.

Kedarnath Shuttle

• The Kedarnath Basecamp–Kedarnath helicopter shuttle is managed as per the applicable IRCTC/operational scheduling.
• Delays may occur, and charter passengers cannot be given priority over the scheduled shuttle operations.
• If Kedarnath Darshan cannot be completed on the day of arrival at the basecamp due to shuttle delays, the Darshan may be scheduled for the following day, followed by the onward journey to Badrinath as per operational feasibility.

Booking & Payment

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
• Full payment must be received before departure to board the helicopter.
• Any increase in government taxes, levies or charges after booking confirmation will be payable by the passenger before commencement of the tour.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling 30 days or more before the tour will attract a 20% rescheduling charge.
• Requests made less than 30 days before departure will be treated as a fresh booking and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the flying date will attract a 40% cancellation charge.
• Cancellation within 30 days of the flying date will be non-refundable.
• If the Yatra is cancelled from Dehradun due to force majeure, 10% of the total amount will be deducted towards service and flight preparation charges.

Weather, Force Majeure & Refund Policy

• No refund or compensation will be applicable for government restrictions, natural calamities, pandemics, war, national/state emergencies or other force majeure circumstances.
• If 3 Dhams are completed and 1 Dham remains unvisited, approximately ₹15,000 per person will be refunded as a credit note, subject to applicable terms.
• The above refund does not include additional expenses such as extra hotel nights, transfers or other services used beyond the package inclusions.
• Costs of additional services provided at any Dham will be deducted from the applicable refundable amount.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, as arrangements are generally pre-booked before the season.
• Government policies and SOPs applicable during the Yatra must be followed.

No-Show & No-Flying Policy

• Failure to report at the scheduled time or location will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be applicable.
• If there is no flying due to bad weather or force majeure, a proportional refund may be provided after deducting applicable taxes, royalty charges and 10% flight preparation charges. Refund processing will take place after completion of the Yatra season and may take up to 30 working days.
• If a flight is attempted but unable to land due to weather or other external factors, 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted towards flight preparation and operational costs.

Emergency & Mid-Tour Cancellation

• If passengers choose to cancel the Yatra midway, transportation arrangements may be made by the service provider, but the associated cost will be payable by the passengers on a direct-payment basis.
• The helicopter operator is responsible only for the Char Dham helicopter tour services and will not be liable for losses or disruptions to separate hotel, flight, bus or train bookings made after the tour.
• In case of a medical emergency, sudden weather change or official instruction requiring a guest to leave a Dham before completing Darshan, that Dham may be considered completed as per operational policy.

National/State Emergency

• If the Yatra is cancelled by the government due to a national/state emergency or applicable public-health restrictions, no cash refund will be applicable.
• In such cases, a credit voucher against the advance amount may be provided, subject to the service provider's applicable policy. The voucher may be used for eligible helicopter tours or charter services by the passenger or their friends/relatives.

Important Note

All helicopter operations, Darshan, accommodation, transfers and itinerary timings are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, aviation guidelines and operational feasibility. The final itinerary may be modified when required for passenger safety or operational reasons.
