What's Included in Your Journey

• Accommodation & Breakfast: Enjoy 6 nights of comfortable accommodation in Almaty, including daily breakfast at the selected hotel.
• Sightseeing & Experiences: Explore Alma-Arasan, Kok-Tobe, Medeu, Shymbulak, Turgen Gorge, Issyk Lake, Gorky Park, and Oi-Qaragai, including applicable cable car rides and entrance fees mentioned in the itinerary.
• Transfers & Transportation: All airport transfers, intercity transfers, and sightseeing transportation are included as per the itinerary, with an English-speaking driver or guide.
• Meals & Drinking Water: Breakfast is included at the hotel along with 2 bottles (0.5L) of drinking water per person per day. No other meals are included unless specifically mentioned.
• Flexible Travel Arrangements: Sightseeing routes may be adjusted based on weather and local conditions while ensuring the planned experiences are covered.

What's Not Included

• Travel to Almaty: Airfare, train tickets, or other transportation required to reach Almaty and return to your destination are not included.
• Meals: Lunches, dinners, snacks, and beverages other than those specifically mentioned are not included.
• Personal Expenses: Expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, porter service, shopping, and other personal expenses are payable directly.
• Alcoholic Beverages: Hard drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included.
• Additional Services: Any additional services, activities, hotel facilities, or expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.
• Hotel Charges: Charges for additional hotel services, damages, or penalties are not included.
• Additional Participants: Any additional persons joining the group at the destination or requesting additional services will be charged separately.

Important Notes

• Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
• Hotel Check-out: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• The vehicle will operate according to the timings mentioned in the itinerary. Guests are requested to follow the scheduled departure times for sightseeing and meals.
• Meals, where applicable, should be consumed at the designated restaurant. The operator will not be responsible for takeaway meals.
• Outside liquor may not be permitted in restaurants. Applicable corkage charges may apply.
• Any changes or cancellations related to restaurant arrangements should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid applicable cancellation charges.
• A refundable hotel security deposit of USD 100 may be required at the time of hotel check-in.
• Rates may vary for block-out dates, holidays, or special event periods.
• If the number of cancelled travellers affects the group pricing, the package cost may be recalculated accordingly.
• Package rates are subject to the validity period specified at the time of booking.
• USD conversion, where applicable, will be based on the relevant exchange rate specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before arrival: Applicable services are refundable, subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
• Within 48 hours of arrival: The first night's services may be non-refundable, while remaining services may be refundable, subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
• Refundable Services: Entrance tickets and meals, where applicable, may be refundable according to the cancellation terms.
• Hotel cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the individual hotel's policy.
